Get started

1. Choose and pay for a plan

Choose a plan, then complete payment on the TPNetworks store. You can create a store account during checkout. Keep your order number and use the same email here.

2. Activate portal access

After your order is paid, request a one-time sign-in link. No portal password is needed.

If you paid but cannot access your account, use the support contact on your store receipt and include your order number. Never send payment-card details.
